Where according to the statement that "in the early morning hours armed groups entered which move under the name of Free Syrian Army to the city of Sere-Kanieh from two axes, axis Mabrouka where they engaged this group with detachments security based in the city and this attack facilitate other armed groups entry across the Turkish border and the clash between both sides led to wound one of protection units member and wounded several people seriously and created a panic and fear, so a mass of people exodus towards the Turkish border, which had paved the way for something by securing ambulances and cleaning the area of mines and raising barbed wire " (already coordinated by Turkish authority) .
The statement indicated that "what the armed groups had done by coming across the Turkish border comes against the will of its inhabitants of the Kurds and Arabs Chechens Syriac’s and Armenians will enter the region in a maze of fighting and devastating war and will be in the interest of the forces that do not want the Syrian people, particularly Turkey, which was hostile to the Syrian people in general and the Kurdish people in particular. The Cleashes between Free Army and Regime Army Still Going on in Sare-Kanieh:

The free army also came from other areas such as Raqqa and Deir-elzor cites.
This city has witnessed the occurrence of two mortar shells at the National Hospital, which led to panic for the patients, doctors and nurses and evacuated the hospital. As another shell fell on Dewa Square and didn’t result any injury.
The clashes caused deaths and injuries among the ranks of the free army and also regime army and the free army conveyed their casualties and injured people into Turkish territory.
The neighbourhoods where inhabited by the Arabs, especially Al-mahta neighbourhood exodus toward Kurdish neighbourhoods and greeted by the Kurdish people.
