a horrific massacre in Halfaya and the use of poisonous gases in Homs
The crimes and killings serial is still continuing to goes on in Syria, each day we receive information about killing, torture, horrible massacres, organized terrorist bombing, arbitrary arrest, forced kidnapping, the use of systematic torture, rape, displacement, the systematic destruction of neighborhoods, cities, civilians buildings by the hand of the regime militias, security forces, and the Shabiha. Not to mention, the massive and widespread systematic violations against the Syrian citizens which reflect violence, savageness and extreme brutality through the use of heavy weapons, tanks shelling, helicopters, fighter planes, the use of explosive barrels and Russian-made cluster bombs which it is internationally banned without no distinction between civilians or armed men in facing these legitimate and peaceful demonstrations and protests.
The number of the martyrs today Sunday, rose to more than 211 martyrs , Including children andwomen and three martyrs under torture, a hundred and six martyrs in Hama, and fifty-two martyrs in Damascus and its countryside, two and thirty martyr in Aleppo and its countryside, eight martyrs in Homs, seven martyrs in Daraa, two martyrs in alraqa . two martyrs in Deir ez-Zor, a martyr in Latakia . a a martyr in Idlib , as well as dozens of wounded and a large scale of arbitrary arrests. The identified victims are:

We in the Syrian Kurdish documentations center, send our deepest condolence to the martyrs families and our best wishes for speedy recovery to the wounded and freedom to the detains. We also condemn and strongly denounce the brutal behavior of the Damascus regime in committing crimes, killings, massacres against humanity and all kinds of violations against liberal movements and legitimate demands of the Syrian people to express their free will and their legitimate right to bring down this dictatorial regime.
We strongly condemn any kind of violations to human rights regardless of who was the committed party, and we ask the UN security council, the UN general assembly, and world nations and their free people to act immediately through practicing more pressure on the regime of Damascus for:
- Immediate cessation of violence, murder and the Syrian bloodshed especially among civilians.
- Obligating the regime to all human rights organizations and international media to enter the country.
- Meeting the humanitarian needs of the affected cities and immigrants with in or out the country, and to aid them with all food and medical supplies, especially in these very bad living conditions and bad humanitarian and economic situations that the Syrian people live with every day, as well as the large scale spread of poverty and unemployment not to mention the enormous high prices of food products and the loss of large amount of it. And also, accepting the Syrian refugees asylum files to the European countries without conditions.
- To close the political detention file and to immediately free all political prisoners who were arrested because of their participation in assemblies and in the revolution without any conditions.
- Immediate disclosure to the fate of the disappeared and missing people involuntarily.
- Ensure human rights and its basic freedoms, and to take effective measures to protect the right of living, freedom of expression and to ensure the right of peaceful demonstration.
- To prevent the security devices and Sabiha from interfering with the lives of citizens and prosecuting the activists and to cancel all illegal detention places and to ensure the right of prisoners and to stop all kinds of physical and psychological torture against them.
- Repeal all verdicts issued against activists from the regime courts, because of being non-independent courts and subject to the regime dominance.
- Obligating the Syrian regime to ensure the practice of all Syrians to their rights of assembly, peaceful demonstrations, and to express their legitimate and fair demands freely, in order to move from the state of tyranny to the state of democracy.
- Supporting the plans and projects that aim to manage the transitional phase in Syria and customizing recourses to support reconstruction and development projects, and to raise intensively the number of training workshops projects that aim to train the Syrian political leaders on the democratic process and its exercises and help them to include the concepts and principles of transitional justice and national reconciliation in the political life of the future Syria on the basis of national unity and non-discrimination between the Syrians for religious, sectarian, ethnic, sex, color or any other reasons. And therefore, ensuring the rights of all components and canceling all discriminatory policies against the Syrian and removing its implications and consequences and to ensure their evenly political participation.
- To support the efforts that are willing to find a fair and democratic solution to the Kurdish people issue in Syria, and to ensure their legitimate national rights within the frame of the national united country.
- To ensure the education of the Syrian refugees and immigrants children and to form special committees to provide psychological counseling and support to help the Syrian children or families who were subject to violence.
- Issuing international resolutions aimed to protect civilians, to be stronger and effective it should be associated with clear and executive mechanism and to be time-bound, under chapter VII of the united nations charter to assist people in protecting themselves and practice their legitimate right to bring down this dictatorship, by imposing a no-fly zone and to create safe areas to protect the civilians and to get actions rather than words in supporting the Syrian people. And to practice a serious pressure on each Iran, Russia and china to neutralize their role and to stop their support to this murderous regime, mentioning the fact that the regime has not only failed to protect human rights in Syria but also become the main source that threaten these rights, in order to end the suffering of the Syrian people and to move as soon as possible to cover the humanitarian needs of the Syrian people and aid the affected cities and to lift the siege on them and support he displaced and refugees and secure their basic necessities especially within the beginning of the cold winter season and it difficulties. And to expel all the ambassadors and members of the diplomatic corps belonging to the regime and to terminate all diplomatic relations with the regime and to deliver these embassies to the people and revolution representatives. We also demand the UN Security Council to take the Human Rights Council resolutions and apply them without any delay regarding the referral of crimes against humanity and war crimes perpetrators file to the International Crime Court. We also call upon the countries that receive Syrian immigrants to treat our people in a decent and humanitarian way worthy of the free and generous human being and to provide the humanitarian support to the countries that take care of such people.
On the other hand, we express our condemnation and denouncement to any violations committed by the armed opposition, whether it be from the free Syrian army or any other groups, and we demand them to respect human rights by words and actions as well and to abide by the rules of international humanitarian law and the international law of human rights particularly Geneva Conventions. And to prevent the use of torture, kidnapping and extrajudicial killings, and to abide by the principles and ethics of the revolution of freedom and dignity in respecting human rights and human dignity and to stress on the fact that the perpetrators of these crimes will be exposed to legal questioning sooner or later, even if such practices were unsystematic or limited because the main goal and purpose of this revolution is the human being first and foremost.
